Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GelidFlux services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GelidFlux provides lead generation and digital advertising services. We identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers who have expressed interest in products or services similar to yours. Our services include multi-channel advertising campaigns, social network integration, and lead verification processes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due per qualified lead delivered, with rates ranging from $40-60 depending on the advertising channel and lead quality tier selected. Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads meet our verification standards including valid contact information and demonstrated interest in your product category. Leads that fail to meet these standards will be replaced at no additional cost. However, we do not guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their target audience, products, and services. Clients are responsible for following up with leads in a timely manner and complying with all applicable laws regarding marketing communications and data privacy.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. All lead data is obtained through legitimate means and with appropriate consent. Clients must handle received lead data in compliance with privacy regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

GelidFlux's liability is limited to the cost of leads delivered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

9. Intellectual Property

GelidFlux retains all rights to its proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies. Clients retain rights to their own content and data. Neither party may use the other's intellectual property without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Snyder, Texas.
